Touring around Bend, OR

We all went to the excellent High Desert Museum in Bend to see their historic exhibits and rescued wildlife. Our tour through a replicated old mine town was quite informative. The next day we drove to Smith Rock State Park, an area popular with rock climbers. Unfortunately the view was dimmed by the smoke coming up from California.
