This serves the best Mexican food we have ever eaten

Pulling into Salt Lake City, we were eager for our favorite Mexican restaurant, the Red Iguana. Even at 8 pm on a Monday night there was a line, but it is always worth the wait. My favorite dish is the one I order each time I eat there and each time I order a different dish, a new favorite. Tuesday we will continue to enjoy the dinner because there was enough for another meal.
